This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver infrastructure solutions while ensuring project phases are completed on time and within budget, with a strong emphasis on technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of precast transportation projects, including scope, schedule, budget, invoicing, and client communications
Lead and mentor project teams of engineers, drafters, and support staff
Oversee QA/QC on all project deliverables, ensuring compliance with ACI 318, AASHTO LRFD, and IBC codes
Direct the preparation of construction bid packages and ensure coordination with regulatory agencies
Perform technical reviews, resolve design challenges, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
Foster a team culture focused on excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction
Support business development activities and contribute to proposal writing and project scoping

Required

B.S. in Civil Engineering
8–15 years of experience in precast engineering, including transportation projects
Professional Engineering (PE) license required
Deep understanding of AutoCAD and RISA 3D
Strong familiarity with ACI 318, AASHTO LRFD, and IBC
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to build strong client relationships and uphold high performance standards
Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Preferred

M.S. in Civil Engineering
Prior project management experience
