This role involves architecting, designing, and delivering end-to-end SaaS platforms using .NET and AWS, while also providing technical leadership and mentorship across project teams.

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and deliver end-to-end SaaS platforms using .NET 8/C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern front-end frameworks

Lead the development of scalable, event-driven, cloud-native systems running on AWS

Oversee database design, performance optimization, and reliability efforts for MS SQL Server and Aurora

Implement advanced AI-driven capabilities leveraging AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or external LLM APIs

Utilize AI tools daily (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance speed, accuracy, and code quality

Define and enforce best practices for security, scalability, clean architecture, and CI/CD automation

Collaborate with engineering teams to raise technical standards, improve delivery velocity, and maintain clear, consistent execution

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance across project teams

Ensure compliance with internal engineering policies, development protocols, and security requirements

Operate with minimal oversight while consistently driving clarity, urgency, and outcomes

Perform other duties as assigned
