Coda Search│Staffing is representing a large NYC based Alternative Asset Manager seeking a talented Fund Finance Associate for their newly launched Funds. The role involves reviewing and preparing Fund Financials, preparing investment performance reports, and presenting findings to the Management Committee, while also assisting in various financial analyses and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist portfolio valuations efforts including portfolio optimization, risk analytics, performance attribution, and risk/liability management

Prepare/review accurate net asset values (NAVs), yields, distributions, and other fund accounting outputs for subsequent review

Calculation and review of LP/GP investor allocations including incentive fees, management fees, waterfall calculations, and IRRs. Capital Call/Distribution management

Conduct financial analysis on financial statements in order to isolate troubled assets and develop remediation protocols

Perform financial statement preparation, cash and position reconciliations, entering income/expense accruals, preparing capital allocation schedules, and sending investor correspondence regarding account balances

Collaborate with CFO/Controller on preparation of firm reporting and intra-company reconciliation process
