Responsibilities
Visit clinics, hospitals, and provider offices across a designated region to promote Psych Plus services and strengthen referral partnerships
Research and identify new business opportunities within the local healthcare community
Learn about industry trends and provider needs to support outreach strategies
Schedule and attend meetings with potential partners to introduce Psych Plus offerings
Support the sales and outreach team with follow-up communication and relationship management
Help maintain tracking of outreach efforts, contacts, and meeting notes in CRM or other tools
Provide weekly updates to the team on progress, new leads, and outreach efforts
Collaborate with internal departments to support onboarding of new provider partners
Qualification
Required
MUST HAVE 2 years of B2B door to door mental health care sales experience required
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Must be willing to travel frequently
Passion for healthcare and interest in behavioral health
Strong people skills—you enjoy talking to new people and building connections
Organized and reliable—you can manage a schedule and follow up without being reminded
Comfortable working independently on the road while staying connected to a collaborative team
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization
Preferred
2 years of experience in sales, customer service, community outreach, or healthcare support roles preferred
