Director of Marketing

Adduro.io is an innovative leader in programmatic advertising, seeking a senior marketing leader to own brand strategy, product marketing, and lead generation. This role will define the company's brand narrative and positioning while collaborating with various teams to execute the growth strategy.

Responsibilities

Own Adduro’s brand narrative, messaging framework, and market positioning across all touchpoints
Build and evolve a clear, differentiated brand that resonates with advertisers, agencies, and partners
Ensure consistency of voice, visuals, and messaging across website, sales materials, product launches, and thought leadership
Lead product marketing strategy, including value propositions, ICP definition, use cases, and competitive positioning
Partner with Sales, Product, and Leadership to plan and execute product launches and GTM strategies
Translate complex programmatic and CTV capabilities into compelling, customer-centric stories
Own the strategic direction of sales collateral, presentations, and messaging
Ensure sales materials clearly articulate Adduro’s differentiation, value, and outcomes
Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to align messaging with real customer conversations
Set strategy and priorities for demand generation, content, website, and lifecycle marketing
Oversee & directly contribute to execution across multiple paid & organic marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Social, Trade shows, etc)
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to ensure accountability and ROI
Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations
Ensure marketing is tightly aligned with product roadmap, customer feedback, and company strategy
Operate with an entrepreneur-level mindset doing what’s necessary to move the business forward while building scalable systems

Required

5+ years of marketing experience in or in a combination of digital marketing, marketing leadership, product marketing, or brand marketing
Proven experience building a brand
Strong background in product marketing, GTM strategy, and messaging
Experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech, martech, or adjacent B2B SaaS industries
Strong storytelling, communication, and executive-level collaboration skill
