Responsibilities

Develop marketing positioning strategies and messaging frameworks that effectively communicate our value proposition to our ICPs: create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the company's goals and objectives; define target markets, key messaging, and positioning strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
Orchestrate successful product launches with the development of go-to-market strategies that drive adoption. Develop strategic Account Based Marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver quality leads for our SMB, Mid Market and Enterprise business units. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies and programs. Implement lead nurturing tactics to convert leads into customers. Monitor and analyze lead conversion rates and identify areas for improvement
Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence efforts to identify opportunities and threats. Use competitive market insights to help define a differentiated positioning in the Legal Tech and Accounting Tech markets
Work with the creative team to develop and evolve our brand identities that resonate with our ICPs. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
Provide support and guidance to campaign management and execution; identify opportunities to streamline campaign processes
Own and internalize Marketing KPI targets including MQL, SQL, conversion rates and others. Collaboratively set targets with leadership, develop high level strategies to achieve KPI goals, and socialize results to keep cross functional teams accountable
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product marketing team
Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with product roadmap, sales goals, and customer retention initiatives. Foster strong relationships and effective communication across departments

Required

10+ years of product marketing experience with at least 5 years leadership, with a focus on SaaS marketing
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices
Strategic thinker with ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling customer benefits
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Creative problem solver with a growth – oriented mindset
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
Work effectively in fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
LegalTech industry experience a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Strong initiative and sound decision making ability
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Ability to travel as needed
