B2B Account Executive
GiftCard Partners, Inc. is a trusted, women-owned leader in B2B gift card solutions. They are seeking a highly driven B2B Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle, focusing on identifying and closing new business with merchants and corporate buyers seeking gift card solutions.
Responsibilities
Generate new qualified sales opportunities via outbound calls, emails, social selling, and networking
Respond to inbound marketing-generated leads and drive them through the sales funnel
Build and maintain a 90-day sales pipeline, with a focus on speed-to-lead and quick-close opportunities.s
Conduct discovery calls and consultative sales meetings with prospective customers (5–10/week)
Understand and articulate the benefits of the Engage2Reward™ platform and why gift card rewards and incentives are the number 1 incentive given to employees, for healthy behaviors, Sales incentives, safety, and more
Tailor solutions to target use cases: employee recognition, public sector incentives, non-profit needs, wellness initiatives, and more
Partner with marketing on outbound cadences and campaign alignment
Use Salesforce and other sales tools (ZoomInfo) to maintain CRM hygiene and analyze outreach performance
Track and exceed KPIs: 15–30 outbound touches/day, conversion rates, lead-to-opportunity ratios
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Client Services) for seamless client handoff and program implementation
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, SDR/AE environment, or fintech/incentives sales
Candidate must have experience in B2B gift card rewards and incentives and/or payments
Strong understanding of consultative or solution-based selling methods
Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
High proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce required; HubSpot a plus)
Passion for lead generation, new business acquisition, and building relationships
Track record of achieving or exceeding quota in a pipeline-building role
