Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
Process transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments
Maintain a clean and organized counter area
Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Specific duties include handling incoming and outgoing laundry and dry cleaning items for our customers
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and with co-workers
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
Basic computer skills for data entry and operating point-of-sale systems
Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
Must have reliable transportation
Preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or retail role
