Oversee daily operations of the branch
Manage staff and drive sales
Achieve operational goals and ensure excellence in customer service
Train and motivate team members
Monitor key performance metrics
Ensure compliance with company policies
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Foster growth, client satisfaction, and efficient processes at the branch level
Qualification
Required
Leadership and team management skills, including experience in coaching, training, and motivating staff
Sales expertise and the ability to drive business goals, along with knowledge of customer service best practices
Strong organizational, multitasking, and operational management skills
Problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is advantageous
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Preferred
Experience in retail management, preferably in an optical or healthcare setting, is a plus
Proficiency in using retail management systems and software is preferred
