Director of Sales (Channel Partners)
ProfitSolv is a SaaS business services provider for the legal and accounting industry. They are seeking a Director of Sales (Channel Partners) to execute and scale their global partner program and accelerate channel-driven revenue, managing day-to-day operations of their partner ecosystem and driving partner recruitment and enablement.

Responsibilities
Execute the channel strategy across resell, referral, OEM/embedded, and payments partners (e.g., ISOs, ISVs)
Recruit, evaluate, and onboard new partners; establish segmentation, tiering, performance goals, and rules of engagement
Serve as ProfitSolv’s voice to the channel; build and maintain executive relationships with key partners (e.g., bar associations, accounting ecosystems, legal tech consultants/SIs, payment providers)
Set partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and ARR targets by segment and product/brand; manage weekly forecasts with Sales and RevOps
Own reporting and metrics for channel productivity, deal velocity, commissioning accuracy, and ROI of sponsorships/MDF
Drive co-sell and co-service motions with field sales and Customer Success; ensure robust deal registration, opportunity hygiene, and conflict resolution
Build partner enablement programs: certifications, product and positioning playbooks, demo scripts, and competitive guides
Plan and execute joint marketing, MDF, events, webinars, and association programs; measure program ROI and optimize
Lead partner communications (newsletters, launch briefings, partner councils) to drive activation and productivity
Oversee back-office operations: PRM/partner portal, lead distribution, deal registration SLAs, attribution, and dashboarding
Evaluate and optimize partner compensation structures, agreements, and program guides across brands and regions
Manage the budget for partner sponsorships, events, and promotions in partnership with Marketing and Finance
Collaborate with Product and Engineering on OEM/embedded solutions and integrations (e.g., accounting, payments, and productivity ecosystems); inform roadmap with partner feedback
Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Legal, and Finance to align targets, pricing/margins, contracting, and compliance
Grow and lead a small team as needed; establish operating cadence, SLAs, and QA standards

Qualification
Required
8–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS channels/alliances/business development; 3+ years leading partner programs
Domain experience in one or more of: legal tech, practice management, professional services software, fintech/payments, or accounting ecosystems; strong partner relationships in these communities
Proven success building channel programs across US, Canada, and international regions (EMEA/APAC): partner recruitment, enablement, and joint GTM
Track record of exceeding channel KPIs: partner-sourced/influenced ARR/MRR, activation and certification rates, MDF ROI, forecast accuracy, and deal cycle improvements
Hands-on channel operations expertise with Salesforce (including PRM/partner portals), attribution/reporting, and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot/Marketo); advanced Excel/Google Sheets
Experience with OEM/embedded partnerships, pricing and margin modeling, and partner compensation design
Exceptional communication and executive presence; comfortable presenting to partners and external audiences
A bachelor's degree is preferred
Preferred
Experience with payments partnerships (ISOs, PayFacs) and monetizing payment volume through channel motions
Familiarity with legal and professional association programs (e.g., bar associations, state societies) and member benefits
Marketplace and integration partnerships (e.g., Microsoft, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, document management, eSignature)
PRM platforms (e.g., Impartner, Allbound) and webinar/event platforms
Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
