Responsibilities
Own assigned events end-to-end, from approved concept through final strike
Translate creative direction into executable production plans, run-of-show documents, and load-in strategies
Manage vendor relationships across sourcing, contracting, coordination, and onsite execution
Oversee onsite builds, supervise crews, and resolve issues in real time
Monitor budgets throughout production, flag variances, and complete post-event reconciliation
Ensure all materials, finishes, and installations meet MADCo.’s quality and design standards
Coordinate venue logistics including access, permits, COIs, and compliance requirements
Contribute to post-event recaps, reporting, and process improvements
Support studio operations including inventory management, storage coordination, and fabrication materials oversight
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of end-to-end event planning and production experience
Proficiency in budgeting, vendor negotiation, and on-site timeline management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort leading onsite teams and interfacing with premium vendors
Familiarity with Google Workspace and presentation tools (Google Slides, Canva)
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 30 lbs
