Responsibilities

Design and develop structural and thermal components for high-performance energy systems

Execute 3D modeling, tolerance analysis, and detailed mechanical drawings

Integrate cooling systems, enclosures, and vibration isolation mechanisms

Conduct FEA/CFD analyses for thermal and mechanical validation

Oversee DFM/DFA with suppliers and support prototype assembly

Collaborate across electrical and manufacturing teams on product integration

Required

BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 environments
