Responsibilities
Lead sales of Pyro & Grinding products and solutions to customers
Act as the primary customer contact, building long-term partnerships and trust
Develop and deliver competitive proposals with clear value propositions
Negotiate and finalize contracts, aligning commercial and technical terms with customer requirements
Conduct customer site visits, particularly during final negotiations
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including project managers and engineering teams
Maintain accurate data and forecasts in CRM systems, ensuring clear pipeline visibility
Contribute to sales strategies that support profitable growth and customer success
Qualification
Required
A strong grasp of both technical and commercial concepts
Proven experience in contract negotiation and sales of technical solutions
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
An analytical mindset with KPI and ROI tracking capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the cement or heavy industrial sectors is highly desirable
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
