Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish
Manage subcontractors, site logistics, schedules, and inspections
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to luxury retail standards
Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, architects, and inspectors
Maintain site documentation, reporting, and quality control processes
Lead by example with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Superintendent experience within luxury retail construction
Proven background delivering high-end retail fit-outs, remodels, or ground-up projects
Strong understanding of fast-track retail schedules
Excellent leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills
Willingness and ability to travel statewide across the US
