Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with municipal customers
Identifying opportunities and delivering consultative equipment solutions
Managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting through close and follow-up
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
Representing BEC with professionalism, integrity, and service excellence
Qualification
Required
4+ years of direct selling experience to municipalities
Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel daily
Must reside in close proximity to the assigned territory - Northwest Illinois
