Ability to manage budgets, operations, and administrative functions effectively
A passion for fostering a joyful, supportive environment for residents and employees
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field is highly preferred
Prior experience in senior living, healthcare, or related industries is a plus
