Responsibilities
Handling administrative tasks such as answering calls, managing emails, packaging products, and assisting with written materials
Supporting research and preparation of materials, including web content and press releases
Organizing and maintaining documents using PowerPoint and Excel
Assisting with media presentations, events, and event production
Supporting retail and distribution initiatives
Networking opportunities across the U.S. beauty industry, including New York Fashion Week and leading media outlets such as Harper’s Bazaar, InStyle, and Cosmopolitan
Qualification
Required
Prior PR experience or internships (beauty industry experience preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MuckRack, and Canva
A passion for public relations, influencer marketing, and staying current with industry trends
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for discovering and testing new products
Preferred
Fluency in French, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, or Hindi is a plus
