PEN Software, Inc. is hiring an Oracle Cloud ERP Program Manager – Financials & SCM to lead a critical migration program for a manufacturing client. The role involves overseeing the transition of Financials and SCM modules to Oracle Cloud, managing multiple workstreams, and ensuring successful program outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle ERP program delivery, including Financials & SCM modules
Drive the migration from Oracle R12 on-premises to Oracle Cloud / Fusion, ensuring business continuity
Coordinate integration points with AWS, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications, including data/BI systems
Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, risk logs, and governance structures
Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery
Provide executive reporting and communicate program progress, risks, and issues
Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements

Required

8+ years in ERP Program/Project Management. Prior experience in large-scale ERP transformation programs
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP R12 (Financials & SCM)
Proven experience in Oracle Cloud / Fusion ERP migrations
Understanding of AWS infrastructure, Salesforce integrations, BI/Data warehousing applications (ecosystem awareness)
Experience managing complex, multi-work stream programs
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience with program management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Experience in manufacturing or enterprise environments
Oracle Cloud: 5 years (Required)
Program management: 6 years (Required)
Oracle EBS: 10 years (Required)
Location: San Jose, CA (Required)

Preferred

Oracle Cloud / Fusion, PMP, or SAFe certifications
Knowledge of data migration, BI, and reporting tools
PMP (Preferred)
Certified Scrum Master (Preferred)
