Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain NetSuite as the company’s core ERP platform
Develop and manage saved searches, workflows, SuiteScripts, dashboards, and field customizations
Lead or support NetSuite implementation projects, upgrades, and new module rollouts
Ensure system data integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies
Manage and optimize integrations between NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon, HubSpot, and 3PL partners
Oversee API connections and troubleshoot issues with the NetSuite Connector and other integration tools
Support and maintain EDI integrations (SPS Commerce experience is a plus)
Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PL integrations, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange
Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to design and refine business processes and system workflows
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across systems
Provide end-user training, documentation, and day-to-day support for NetSuite and other business applications
Manage and support productivity tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with NetSuite tools, including saved searches, workflows, SuiteScript, dashboards, and field customization
Experience managing complex integrations between NetSuite, 3PL partners, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Knowledge of EDI workflows (SPS Commerce experience is a plus)
Strong proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear communication for cross-functional, non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Administrator, ERP Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar role
3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including system administration, configuration, and integrations
Direct involvement in NetSuite implementations or re-implementations
Experience managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central environments
Proven background in systems integrations and API management
Previous work in a high-growth SaaS, wholesale, or ecommerce environment is highly desirable
Preferred
NetSuite Certified Administrator or equivalent certification
Direct experience with NetSuite Connector
Demonstrated ability to be proactive, solutions-oriented, and collaborative
Strong communication skills and a “can-do” mindset in fast-paced environments
