Required

Active Life & Health Insurance License (Texas or applicable state) – required
Newly licensed agents are welcome – training and support provided
Comfortable with telemarketing and outbound calling to warm and cold leads
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and explain insurance products clearly
Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-driven
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, email, data entry, etc.)

Preferred

Experience in telemarketing, phone sales, or customer service is a plus
Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow in a fast-paced environment
