Account Executive, Mid-Market
ProfitSolv is a SaaS business services provider for the legal and accounting industry, and they are seeking a high-performing Account Executive (Mid-Market) to drive new customer acquisition. This role involves owning the full sales cycle, building a healthy pipeline, and converting mid-market legal practices to their cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across mid-market law firms
Sell the complete portfolio of Tabs3, Tabs3 Cloud, Orion, and ProfitSolv embedded payments solutions
Drive new logo acquisition with a focus on building a healthy pipeline and achieving monthly/quarterly quotas
Conduct discovery, deliver tailored demos, scope requirements, and build compelling business cases for legal operations, firm administrators, and managing partners
Partner with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Channel/Consultant partners, and Marketing to create seamless buyer journeys
Accurately forecast using CRM best practices; maintain rigor around pipeline hygiene and MEDDICC/MEDDPICC methodology (or similar)
Leverage industry knowledge to navigate procurement, pricing discussions, and objections unique to legal practices
Represent ProfitSolv at industry conferences, webinars, and partner events
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B, SaaS, preferably mid-market
Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and consistently meeting or exceeding quota
Strong consultative and value-selling skills; able to map product capabilities to business outcomes
Proven ability to run structured discovery, navigate multithreaded deals, and manage complex buying committees
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Preferred
Legal tech experience strongly preferred (practice management, time & billing, accounting, payments, CRM, DMS, or similar)
Experience selling Cloud and payments solutions is a significant plus
Excellent analytical and creative thinking ability
Attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Excellent initiative and sound decision-making ability
Ability to travel as needed
Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
