Group Sales Manager
Atlantic Sands Hotel & Conference Center and Breakers Hotel are seeking a motivated Group Sales Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for generating, negotiating, and closing group business while maximizing room revenue and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Solicit and secure new group business through prospecting, networking, and sales calls
Manage new group accounts from initial inquiry through contract
Prepare proposals, contracts, and rate negotiations in alignment with property management goals
Coordinate closely with operations, catering, and front office teams to ensure seamless group experiences
Maintain accurate account and booking information in the property sales system
Conduct site tours and represent the hotels at trade shows and industry events
Meet or exceed established sales goals and revenue targets
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2–3 years of hotel group sales experience preferred
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Proven ability to build long-term client relationships
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Familiarity with hotel sales systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Knowledge of the Delaware beach or regional meetings market is a plus
