Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Payroll (US), Absence Management, ORC, OTL & Benefits
Configure enhancements and validate in SIT/UAT
Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, HDL
Create reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas
Manage security profiles and approval workflows (BPM/AOR)
Ensure SLA compliance and maintain documentation
