Ecommerce Digital Specialist

The Digital Specialist will lead the development of an eCommerce-centric model to create seamless online experiences that integrate with retail locations, driving revenue growth and customer retention.

Responsibilities
Oversee product listings, including writing product descriptions, selecting images, and optimizing content for search and conversion
Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and pricing to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
Analyze website performance metrics, such as traffic sources, bounce rates, and conversion rates, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and social media promotions
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve and adapt ecommerce strategies accordingly
Utilize analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, and AHREFS to collect data for new opportunities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive ecommerce content calendar, ensuring timely publication of new products, promotions, and content updates
Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product placement, navigation, and user experience on our website
Analyze site performance metrics and user behavior data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
Develop and execute strategic merchandising plans to highlight key product categories, seasonal promotions, and new arrivals
Monitor website analytics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement in site merchandising and user experience
Collaborate with the marketing team to align merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
Regularly review and update product photography and imagery to maintain a consistent and high-quality visual aesthetic
Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers by optimizing website navigation, checkout process, and customer service channels
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Implement innovative strategies to differentiate the brand
Monitor customer reviews and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
High level of organization and extreme attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Success in retail, omnichannel merchandising, and distribution
Comfort with change and the ability to wear multiple hats as part of an evolving organization

Experience with SEO
