This role involves system programming, project management, technical support, and ensuring compliance with regulations for various controls projects throughout Texas.

Responsibilities
Corporate liaison for local water/wastewater utilities on needs for system upgrades, service, and project support
Provides system programming and completes acceptance tests
Maintains systems by problem-solving, testing, diagnosing problems, and completing repairs on electronic control panels, radio communication devices, computer systems and networks, and software
Maintains records by documenting original system, upgrades, and repairs; completes work orders for invoicing by central office. Complete project management documentation
Complies with regulations by adhering to codes, specifications, and rules; reads blueprints and technical bulletins
Keeps company-provided installation & service equipment and vehicles operating by following operating instructions to meet job duty requirements
Updates job knowledge by completing recertification, educational opportunities, and reading technical publications
Provides technical support for outside sales missions by completing related tasks as needed by area sales representatives
Qualification
Required
Experience with any SCADA applications and HMI software (Ignition, VTScada, Wonderware, and iFix)
Experienced with Allen-Bradley, Modicon, SCADAPack, Siemens, and GE PLCs
Up to 50% travel may be required out of our office located in Georgetown, TX
Customer service orientation, professionalism, exemplary ethical conduct, technical understanding, system administration, problem-solving, communications
Must be mature, dependable, and thorough
Excellent references, driving record, drug test are required
