Responsibilities

Reconcile G/L account balances and schedules

Daily deposit reconciliation

Cash receipt posting

Credit card batch processing

Service & warranty receivable posting

Customer A/R reconciliation

Posting Wholesales and dealer trades

Inventory additions and removals

Deal Flow log & Clean Up

Serve as backup for all accounting positions in the office

Assist with month-end duties

Ensure policies and procedures are upheld

Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions related to the dealerships

Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
