Oversee and manage the Personal Training Department, ensuring consistent growth and member engagement
Participate in membership tours to create value and highlight the benefits of personal training
Conduct initial training sessions with every new member, providing a clear path toward their fitness goals
Lead by example through training, coaching, and motivating the personal training team
Drive personal training sales and retention by delivering exceptional member experiences
Support members in their fitness journey with energy, accountability, and expertise
Qualification
