Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively and convey product value
Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide helpful, personalized support and address customer needs efficiently
Sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet targets and build lasting relationships with clients
Training and teaching skills to educate clients and team members about product offerings and their benefits
Basic Marketing skills to assist with branding, promotions, and raising product awareness
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a proactive, solution-driven mindset
Preferred
Knowledge or experience in the flooring, tile, or home improvement industries
