Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or other related field, or Associate's degree and relevant experience
5+ years of professional B2B marketing experience in a professional service, technology or related environment
Experience as a people manager
Preferred
Experience in the energy, utility, or sustainability sector is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is a strong asset
Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on campaign ROI and KPIs
