In this role, you will assist members with financial products and services while providing administrative support to the loan processing team.

Responsibilities
Open, close, and maintain member accounts, including Individual Retirement Accounts
Assist members with financial products, services, and legal accounts
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Process wire transfers, stop payments, travel notices, address changes, and check orders
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Loan Processing Department
Prepare and send loan packages, maintain filing systems, and update interest rate sheets
Communicate effectively with members and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
Previous experience in customer service or financial services is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Familiarity with DNA/Fiserv systems is preferred
