Responsibilities

Lead customer interviews and analysis to determine and ground the problems to be solved

Develop empathy and understanding of current data and process challenges

Translate between business requirements and technology specifications – in both directions: converting business needs into tech specs and articulate how technology initiatives drive business outcomes and strategic goals

Lead the implementation of sound data management practices such as metadata management, lineage capture, data quality rules development and monitoring as part of data consumption or data publication

Own the design of configuration changes needed within Treasury’s Collateral Management system Colline and Treasury’s Cash Management system Quantum

Manage inter-team and technology dependencies to mitigate project and product risks

Develop and nurture collaborative working relationships with key internal partners including business teams, various product teams, and enterprise technology organizations

Own the integrity of the solution through customer acceptance and deployment

Support the Product Owner in prioritization, road map development, and test coordination

Required

Bachelor's Degree or military experience

At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or a combination

At least 1 year experience with Capital Markets, Treasury, Collateral Management, Payments/Cash Management (such as Quantum or other Cash Management tools) or a combination
