Responsibilities
Ensure quality records are completed for every production lot
Operate a Positive Release quality system, ensuring all checks are carried out to EPL quality standards in all areas
Ensure the Customer receives a quality product in accordance with the Quality standards agreed and act open any deviation from those standards
Complete any quality checks and sampling within the ISO quality system and assist in the sorting of any failed product
Pack the tubes to the works order specification in line with the customer requirements
Ensure the efficient operation of the shift by helping the cell leaders, upon request
Responsible for keeping the work area clean and tidy to improve housekeeping within the cell
Participate in any continuous improvement activities in order to increase efficiency
Liaise with other team members to ensure faults are communicated and acted upon
Adhere to company's GMP compliance
