Responsibilities
Designs and implements high‑availability server, storage, cluster, and redundancy architectures supporting both DERMS and EMS mission‑critical environments
Manages VMware/HyperV platforms, virtual machines, distributed systems, and storage/network architectures to ensure scalable and resilient OT system performance
Installs, configures, upgrades, and integrates OS, middleware, EMS/DERMS services, SCADA, communication gateways, and real‑time operational components across utility OT systems
Continuously monitors system health, optimizes performance, and resolves complex issues across hardware, OS, networking, and EMS/DERMS application layers
Implements cybersecurity hardening, patching, and ensures adherence to NERC CIP, utility OT security standards, and interoperability requirements for control‑center environments
Qualification
Required
Minimum years of experience required: 5-15 Years
Education Qualification required: BE
Power Sector experience is MUST!
Hardware & System Architecture: Designs and implements high‑availability server, storage, cluster, and redundancy architectures supporting both DERMS and EMS mission‑critical environments
Virtualization & Infrastructure Management: Manages VMware/HyperV platforms, virtual machines, distributed systems, and storage/network architectures to ensure scalable and resilient OT system performance
