Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls (100/day) to re-engage former customers and introduce new products
Build relationships with school administrators and education professionals
Use a consultative sales approach to drive growth in your assigned territory
Manage accounts using CRM tools and Microsoft applications
Collaborate with outside sales teams to maximize opportunities
Qualification
Required
2+ years inside sales experience (education or related field preferred)
Strong communication skills—comfortable on the phone and email
Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
