Responsibilities
Contribute to building the core infrastructure and services that power AI workloads at scale
Help design and implement features that make it easier for customers to run AI systems
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Debug and resolve issues in production systems with guidance from senior teammates
Collaborate closely with engineers across hardware, infrastructure, and platform teams
Learn and grow within a high-performing team that values mentorship and shared ownership
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of experience developing software in production environments
Strong programming fundamentals and proficiency in at least one language (e.g., Go, Python, Rust)
Eager to take on challenging problems and learn new technologies
Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, early-stage team
Collaborative mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Exposure to cloud infrastructure, containerization, or orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU compute, or distributed systems
Experience with AWS or other major cloud platforms
Strong interest in performance, reliability, or system-level debugging
