Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP
Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles
Reconcile general ledger accounts with a keen eye for accuracy
Support budget development and variance analysis
Assist in internal and external audit processes
Maintain and improve accounting policies and procedures
Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers and leadership
Propose and implement improvements to financial processes
Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
4+ years of accounting experience, ideally beginning in public accounting
Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in accounting systems
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize independently
Preferred
Industry experience in construction or real estate strongly preferred
CPA license or progression toward CPA a plus
