This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and meeting financial goals while managing a team of approximately 200 FTEs across 5 hospitals.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Direct and execute business processes to achieve SLAs and supporting metrics at each hospital
Monitor cycle time, productivity, and work product accuracy, including quality metrics
Collaborate with direct reports to implement operational plans and achieve goals
Support hospital budget development and manage human resource utilization
Analyze monthly P&L statements to ensure positive EBIT performance
Communicate hospital-specific initiatives to regional leadership and manage change effectively
Provide operational support to other hospitals as needed
Ensure adherence to standardized processes and foster collaborative relationships across business units
Supervise interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisal, and employee relations
