Unit Secretary
Complete Care is a dedicated team providing compassionate support in the healthcare journey of residents. As a Unit Secretary, you will play a vital role in assisting caregivers and ensuring the well-being of residents through various administrative and supportive tasks.

Responsibilities
Answer phones as necessary
Ability to work independently or part of a group
Computer knowledge
Pass out ice water to residents, make beds, and answer resident call lights
Report all accidents and incidents you observe as soon as possible
Report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Charge Nurse or Unit Manager
Transfer hospital appointments and schedule doctor appointments
Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Answer phones as necessary
Ability to work independently or part of a group
Computer knowledge

Preferred
Previous experience working in a long-term care setting is preferred but not required
