Inventory Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of pre-owned inventory, from acquisition and standardized appraisals to maximizing the efficiency of reconditioning spend
Sales Leadership: Desk deals effectively, mentor the sales team, and drive retail volume while maintaining strong gross profit margins
Performance Tracking: Utilize daily reporting to monitor internet lead performance and sales team KPIs
Market Strategy: Execute market-based pricing strategies to ensure inventory remains competitive and liquid
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in automotive sales management with a focus on used vehicle operations
Advanced proficiency in vAuto or Accu-Trade for valuations and nVision for inventory analytics
Expert-level knowledge of VIN Solutions or eLeads to manage customer lifecycles and lead flow
Deep understanding of market-based pricing and 'days-to-turn' metrics to optimize inventory health
