Responsibilities

Own and champion product definition and roadmap across AI, machine learning, and analytics offerings
Serve as the market expert and voice of the customer, clearly articulating the 'what' and the 'why' behind product decisions
Guide and influence organization-wide initiatives that drive product adoption and revenue growth
Lead and develop a global team of product managers, setting clear priorities and execution standards
Engage directly with customers and go-to-market teams to understand market needs and customer pain points
Drive market and competitive research to inform product strategy and investment decisions
Create a customer-focused narrative that clearly communicates business value across the organization
Build and leverage cross-functional and partner relationships to bring ideas from concept to successful market adoption
Apply a data-driven approach to evaluating opportunities, trade-offs, and outcomes
Collaborate with globally distributed teams to build strong partnerships and high-performing organizations
Deliver enterprise-grade capabilities relied upon by leading global companies
Have a direct and visible impact on the company’s growth and strategic direction

Required

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within analytics, data platforms, or related technology domains
Demonstrated success defining and executing product strategies that drive measurable business growth
Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or Business)
Extensive experience designing, launching, and scaling enterprise analytics or data products
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business value
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs in analytics and AI
Strong background in data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and business intelligence
Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and outcomes
Experience setting outcome-based goals supported by clear metrics
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse, global teams
Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms and emerging technologies
