Desk deals and structure finance-friendly, lender-approved transactions
Coach and train sales consultants daily (process, closing, objection handling)
Drive volume, gross, and performance metrics
Oversee CRM usage, follow-up, and lead accountability
Manage TOs and help close deals on the floor
Maintain CSI standards and customer satisfaction
Partner with GSM/GM on inventory strategy and performance goals
