Responsibilities
Make and receive client calls to answer questions and provide support
Schedule appointments with clients who request information about benefits
Host Zoom video calls to present and explain benefits clearly and confidently
Support members by answering questions, helping with benefit changes, and assisting with claims processing
Build long-term relationships through periodic follow-ups to review needs and update benefits
Work independently while also contributing to team goals, workshops, and shared performance targets
Qualification
Required
Customer-focused attitude
