Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing and managing a client's customer data management processes and tasks

This role is responsible for assessing and improving the quality of a pharmaceutical client's customer data (Physicians, Organizations, etc.)

Using a combination of internal data and tools to work with client's data within their systems (MDM, CRM, etc.) and/or spreadsheets to review and verify data

The DG&S Business Operations Specialist 2 works closely with the client on both Data Stewardship and Data Governance engagements

Tasks include but are not limited to the development and documentation of business processes related to data management

The DG&S Business Operations Specialist 2 is responsible for providing on-going feedback to both internal management and client peers of data issues and areas that require special attention or escalation

The DG&S Business Operations Specialist 2 will also be responsible for reporting out to the client on a predefined schedule all metrics and SLA performance
