Working directly with clients to assess energy needs
Providing tailored solutions
Educating customers about solar energy systems and their benefits
Lead generation
Preparing proposals
Guiding customers through the solar installation process to ensure satisfaction and a seamless experience
Collaborating closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure project success
Maintaining excellent customer service standards
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of the Solar Industry and Solar Power systems
Proven experience with Lead Generation techniques and strategies
Excellent Communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Strong Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Preferred
Understanding of sustainable energy principles is a plus
Proven sales experience in a related industry is a bonus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Studies, or a related field is preferred
