Business Systems Analyst
AZAD Technology Partners is a leading provider of Consulting Services to Fortune 500 and innovative firms since 1992. They are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support their Operational Technology Services Work Planning & Delivery organization, focusing on systems analysis and collaboration with project teams.

Responsibilities
Perform systems analysis, interfacing with users to support functional requirements development
Analyze tools and techniques to support the development of systems
Troubleshoot, analyze, and monitor performance of systems used by Operations functions
Work closely with the Project Manager and other BSAs on deployment of major infrastructure and virtualization projects
Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops to elicit business requirements
Research, analyze, model and organize information for developing requirements
Decompose high-level information and abstract up from low-level information to distinguish solution ideas from business needs
Facilitate requirements validation sessions and present findings to stakeholders
Collaborate to resolve requirements conflicts between stakeholders
Research, document, and validate current and future state processes and designs (functional and technical)
Help define best approaches, alternatives, and decision frameworks for alternative business solutions analyses
Qualification
Required
A degree in Information Technology, Technical Management, Information Management, Engineering, Business Systems, Computer Science or a directly related technical discipline is preferred
10 years of experience is required with an applicable Associate's degree
8 years of experience is required with an applicable Bachelor's degree
12 years of experience is required without a degree
Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of business systems analysis and progressively more technical in nature
Advanced knowledge of Visio and/or other flowchart tools
Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Experience in utilizing a requirements management tool
Expert knowledge in supporting full lifecycle of projects through the IT Systems Development Lifecycle
Expert knowledge in IT planning, functional and technical specifications, and system life-cycle (SLC) management

Valid U.S. Driver's License is required
