Ensure customer satisfaction during their visit

Ability to focus on the needs of customers who entrust us with the care of their vehicles
Willingness to participate in advanced associate training
Ability to engage in business development
Familiarity with the application of technology in an automotive service environment
Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace and adherence to the no tolerance policy regarding the use of illegal drugs and alcohol on the job
