Behavior Consultants (BC) / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Achieving True Self is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts and individuals actively working toward BCBA certification to join their mission-driven team in Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide evidence-based care, supervise and train staff, and create individualized ABA treatment plans to support clients and their families.

Responsibilities
Create Fun, Effective Learning Environments: Bring your best energy to sessions by playing, nurturing, and creating engaging learning opportunities
Flexible Hours: Available for after-school sessions, typically 3+ days a week. You may start part-time while your caseload grows
Focus on the Individual: Tailor each treatment plan to meet the specific needs, strengths, and preferences of both the child and their family
Empathy and Professionalism: Provide treatment with compassion, ethical conduct, and a focus on continuous progress
Documentation and Follow-Through: Maintain accurate treatment plans and data records to monitor progress and facilitate timely reassessments
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
BCBA Certification (or in the process of certification)
LBS License (or in the process of licensure) in Pennsylvania
A passion for mentoring and developing new talent to support exceptional clinical outcomes for our clients
Valid Driver's License with proof of car insurance and a clean driving record
