Responsibilities

Install COTS equipment into server racks and lift 30 to 50 pounds
Wire AC and DC power to avionics devices
Build flight like harnesses using circular connectors including D38999
Wire and support data acquisition systems
Perform electrical troubleshooting and continuity testing
Maintain clean wire routing and rack organization
Immediate build of six avionics test systems
Ongoing assembly of 25 or more additional racks to support flight testing

Hands on experience with avionics or electrical test systems
