Partnership Development Manager
Raviya Health Solutions is a boutique consultancy focused on driving innovation across healthcare services, life sciences, and nonprofit sectors. The Partnership Development Manager will play a key role in advancing the organization's mission by identifying, cultivating, and managing partnerships with nonprofits, corporations, and foundations to support healthcare initiatives.

Responsibilities
Cultivate and manage current partnerships with organizations in biopharma, diagnostics, and healthcare
Design, negotiate, and execute tailored partnership packages that deliver mutual value
Ensure delivery of contracted sponsor benefits and long-term partner satisfaction
Support the Head of Partnerships in identifying and qualifying prospective partners aligned with the organization’s mission and strategic priorities
Conduct research on prospective partners including nonprofits, foundations, corporations, health systems, and industry stakeholders
Assist in preparing partnership materials such as concept notes, proposals, briefing documents, and presentations
Identify and pursue new sponsorship opportunities in sectors such as technology, provider organizations, GPOs, professional services, and foundations
Represent the organization in external meetings, conferences, and pitch discussions
Coordinate communications with current and prospective partners, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting next steps
Support stewardship of existing partners by assisting with reporting, updates, renewals, and relationship touchpoints
Help ensure partner recognition and acknowledgment are executed in alignment with agreements and organizational standards
Work closely with marketing, events, education, and operations teams to ensure alignment on sponsor deliverables and strategic messaging
Serve as a liaison between corporate partners and internal stakeholders to enhance value delivery
Assist with the execution of partnership-supported programs, initiatives, sponsorships, and events
Support partnership logistics related to conferences, webinars, convenings, and other mission-aligned activities
Track partnership activities, milestones, and commitments using designated CRM systems
Assist in compiling impact summaries and reports for partners and internal leadership
Support data collection related to partnership outcomes and organizational impact
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, nonprofit development, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or a related field
Proven success in partnership building and negotiations with healthcare and life sciences organizations
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong business acumen with the ability to operate independently and execute effectively
Experience working with professional organizations, associations, or foundations
Commitment to nonprofit values, collaboration and service
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms, Office 365, and virtual meeting platforms
50-65% Travel will be required
Must live near a major airport

Candidate resides in or around Southern California or NYC
