Responsibilities
Provide senior-level leadership and strategic direction for one or more core functions, programs, or business units
Translate corporate and functional strategy into executable plans, initiatives, and measurable outcomes
Oversee multiple teams or large-scale initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and business impact
Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
Establish governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms
Drive continuous improvement, organizational effectiveness, and scalable processes
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational planning within scope of responsibility
Identify risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities; lead mitigation and growth initiatives
Lead, mentor, and develop directors, managers, and high-potential leaders
Support enterprise-wide initiatives, transformations, and change management efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
5-8+ years of progressive leadership experience, including director-level responsibilities
Proven ability to lead large teams, complex programs, or multi-functional organizations
Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and execution discipline
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, performance management, and organizational design
Preferred
MBA preferred
Experience operating in matrixed or global organizations is a strong advantage
Industry experience relevant to the company's business is preferred
